Easy Chickpea Salad

  • 1 15oz. can Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
  • ¼ Medium red onion sliced into 1-inch slices
  • 2 cups Grape tomatoes halved
  • ½ English cucumber sliced
  • 6 oz. Crumbled feta cheese
  • Newman's Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a medium bowl combine the chickpeas, onion, tomato, cucumber, and feta.

  2. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper, toss and serve at room temperature or chilled.
