Baileys Flavored Buttercream
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 1 lb. bag powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
  1. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, Beat the softened butter on high speed until it is light and fluffy.  

  2. Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time and mix at a reduced speed until it is all incorporated and smooth.
  3. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
